In order to be successful, you have to be looking at your data, your data and your data. Whether you’re a small contractor with one or two people on staff or whether you’re a large corporation, you need to be able to look at your data on a daily basis. If you’re not looking at your leads and your appointments and your demos and your sales on a consistent basis and you don’t know what’s going on, on the front end, you need to be able to analyze that and it is important for every contractor to have some sort of CRM to be able to look at their frontal metrics and if they’re able to do that, they’re going to know where they’re hitting and where they’re missing and I think that’s the most important part to acquiring customers.
