Ygrene expands PACE program in Florida and in California

On July 27, Ygrene Energy Fund announced that Miami Beach, Miramar, and Broward County have selected the YgreneWorks PACE program.
Per the company, Ygrene has now financed over 90 percent of all Florida PACE projects, totaling $77 million in residential, commercial, and multifamily property upgrades
According to the firm, it has more than $785M in committed capital, and is committed to a rapid national expansion.
YgreneWorks is currently operational in Miami Beach, Miramar and Lauderhill. In Broward County the program will go live in 120 days. So far 10 cities have opted into the program in Broward County, including Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Lighthouse Point, Lauderdale by the Sea, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Plantation, Tamarac, Weston, and Wilton Manors.
Ygrene also announced that the number of Florida projects funded through its award-winning YgreneWorks™ program have tripled over the past year.
Ygrene is establishing a call center in Florida that will provide over 5 million property owners across 56 Florida municipalities access to its affordable financing. In addition, Ygrene Energy Fund announced that Stockton, California had opted into its YgreneWorks PACE program.
