Just Energy to use Sungevity platform to market solar to its customers across US

On November 30, Sungevity, Inc., and Just Energy Group Inc. announced a partnership aimed at accelerating solar adoption in several of the leading U.S. solar markets.

Per the companies, Just Energy will use Sungevity’s marketing platform to sell Sungevity Energy Systems to its customers in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York. Just Energy claims nearly two million customers in North America and the UK.

Sungevity emphasized that it directly services solar customers across the U.S. and Europe while also sharing its platform with a broad range of strategic partners to rapidly scale its business.

Sungevity noted that it had announced reseller partnerships with Solar Brokers Canada and C-TEC Solar; a partnership with ENGIE Electrabel to provide a suite of solar services to electricity customers in Belgium; and has relationships with the Sierra Club, the University of California, Berkeley, and Lowe’s home improvement company.
