Franklin Energy Services merges with GoodCents and Resource Action Programs

On February 10, Franklin Energy Services, LLC, an energy efficiency program implementation firm, announced its merger with GoodCents and Resource Action Programs. The combined company will be known as Franklin Energy Group.

According to Franklin, GoodCents is a provider of integrated demand-side management services for utilities throughout North America, while Resource Action Programs is an energy-education firm.

Paul Schuller, Franklin Energy Group CEO remarked:
