Forum Equity Partners will provide up to $15 million in financing for National Energy Partners solar projects

On November 16, Forum Equity Partners announced that the firm will provide up to $15 million in growth financing for National Energy Partners, a developer of PV systems for commercial and municipal customers.
Forum is an alternative investment management and principal investment firm with a focus on infrastructure, renewable energy, and real estate.
Per the firm, Forum will provide development capital and construction equity financing for NEP’s rapidly growing portfolio of solar projects, including ground mount and rooftop installations.
