On January 16, Conquest announced the launch of its renewable power fund, Conquest Renewable Yield Europe, which the firm stressed will acquire and manage renewable power generation real assets via partnerships signed with large renowned renewable energy players.

According to the investment banking and asset management firm, the Conquest Renewable Yield Europe fund will have a 20-year ‘buy-and-hold’ investment thesis, which can be extended to 30 years, intended to provide long-term inflation-linked annual yield to investors.

Conquest noted that fund investments will be made on an unlevered or limited leverage equity basis, across the spectrum of renewable real assets in OECD countries, with the majority of opportunities to be sourced from solar photovoltaic and wind real assets located in Western Europe.
