On April 11, ATC Group Services LLC, an environmental consulting firm, announced that it had acquired Sage Environmental Consulting, an environmental engineering and technical consulting firm providing air quality, due diligence and emission reduction credit consulting. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas and founded in 1998, Sage has over 200 employees across 24 offices strategically located throughout the United States and provides regulatory compliance, permitting and remediation assistance, as well as a range of environmental programs, including air quality, water quality, hazardous and solid waste, hazardous materials and petroleum storage activities.

“We are delighted to welcome the Sage Environmental team to the ATC family. We look forward to leveraging their unique experience and expertise in air quality and control, leak detection and repair services, which will be a natural complement to ATC’s work within the environmental services market. By joining together, we will be better-positioned to continue serving our customers and drive growth.”
